Kaleylocks Haircare Policy
Please read our haircare policy below. All new customers must have a consultation prior to booking an appointment. This can be done free online or in-person for a fee. The fee is deducted from your bill if you schedule an appointment.
- A deposit is required prior to your appointment and is non-refundable or transferable unless canceled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
- No guests, pets or children are allowed at your appointment, as there is no waiting area and appointments are long.
- Payment is due in full at the time of service.
- There are no refunds or exchanges.
